Creamy and savory chicken and mushroom rice the whole family will love!
2 Chicken Breasts
Salt and Pepper
Trader Joe's 21 seasoning salute
2 tbsp butter
AMAZING LOKARB Rice
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Brine 2 large chicken breast for 20 minutes in a salty water to get it juicy.
Strain and rinse the chicken, then dry off. Cut each breast in half.
Season heavily with salt and pepper, onion salt and Trader Joe's seasoning.
Pan sear in avocado oil until browned on both sides. No need to cook through!
Add half a large onion, diced until it's soft. Add butter and sliced mushrooms.
Saute until browned.
Add your rice, garlic and salt and papper.
Stir until the rice is cooked in butter.
Add the cream, broth, parmesan cheese.
Mix all of the ingredients together, then add the chicken to the pan.
Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
